Today is the 20 week anniversary of the little babe living inside me. We are half way there! This also marks the day that we got our first ultrasound. The ultrasound that determines the gender.
And.....
We saw a little wee wee.
We are having a boy!
Funny thing is, we had a hard time getting a good steady shot of his face, but he had no problem showing us his little tah-dah.
Another funny thing is, even before we knew the gender, I would always refer to the baby as a "he" on accident. I had a pretty good feeling that it was going to be a boy.
This is a good shot of his face. To the left is his chest and tummy, to the right is his head. You can see one eye really well, and his nose. Both arms are raised above his head.
This is a good one of him yawning. It was so cute to watch. He is in the same position as the last pic, with his eyes closed and mouth open.
And here is where mommy makes his privacy public.
So far, the only boy name we can agree on is Michael, but we are still open to others if they happen to strike our fancy. So if you have any boy names, put them on the table! Until then, I'll just keep visiting the lady's room, because this little guy thinks it's funny to constantly kick my bladder.
